Monica McCall is a passionate nonprofit entrepreneur who is the cofounder, president and chief executive officer of Creative Options, Inc., an organization in the Baltimore, Maryland, area whose mission is to support individuals with disabilities.

Ms. McCall is responsible for the overall management of the organization, setting the tone, upholding a high standard of service and helping to empower and lead the staff. Having had a close relationship with a disabled person when she was younger, Ms. McCall believes strongly in the mission of Creative Options. As a result, she is able to draw on great reserves of patience and confidence in others as she does her work. Above all, Ms. McCall feels blessed to collaborate with the wonderful and talented people on her team.

Ms. McCall holds a Master of Arts degree in management and human resources from the College of Notre Dame University of Maryland. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in public service leadership.

She is also an active member of the Maryland Association of Community Service and volunteers with her church in her free time.
